Cotswold Line Re Doubling
7th August 2009

66186 and 66055 top and tail a rake of ballast wagons on the Cotswold line near Mickleton Tunnel or Campden Tunnel as it is known now. This is laying ballast in aid of the re-doubling of the Cotswold Line. The line is currently shut for 6 weeks with a possession between Evesham and Moreton in Marsh. The train is seen crawling towards Evesham on the early evening of 7 August 09.

I then stopped off at Ashchurch on the way home from work and captured a Cross Country HST and Freightliner 66527 on a coal train.
